Induction heater is a device generating high-frequency alternating current, which, passing through the induction coil, produces a variable magnetic field, which, using the principle of electromagnetic induction, introduces electrons into the vibration inside the heated material.
Electron energy is lost in the form of heat, which warms up the metal within the coil range: the more the material is magnetized. An important element in induction heating is the lack of direct contact when transmitting magnetic field energy and placing the heated object in the center of this field. Induction heating offers a heat source that can be well adjusted and limited to partial heating zones.
The INDUCT induction heater is designed for fast heating of metal elements, perfectly replacing traditional methods of heating with combustible gases. By limiting the heating zone, it eliminates the risk of damage to the element (varnished surface, electrical harness, upholstery, rubber wire) and improves work safety.
