The MSW Motor Technics brand offers professional equipment for car body repairs, especially in the field of drying paints (including two-component), varnishes, fillers and resin. The infrared heater is equipped with three lamps with a total power of 3300 W. The IR-DRYER3000.2 model has a large curing area and adjustable design on wheels. Thanks to this, it provides convenient operation.

✅ IR paint lamp – characteristics

The best way to dry the paint is to use a painter's radiator. In contrast to the classic method, in which the heat carrier is air, radiation penetrates the material and dries it from the inside towards the outside (acts directly on the surface). No air bubbles form, and the whole process accelerates. A short wave or near infrared in the range of 780 – 1400 nm are also called bright because they emit visible light.

The versatility of use makes the IR lamp from MSW suitable for use wherever painted surfaces are dried: in car workshops (also dealing with car care), paint shops, garages, services, etc.

High efficiency is due to three 1100 W lamps, heating with a total power of 3300 W. They can be switched on and off separately, which supports precise adjustment, e.g. for finishing works. The temperature is controlled from 40 to 100°C by changing the distance between the IR-DRYER3000.2 radiator and the dried surface.

The timer allows you to achieve the best result depending on the type of paint/lacquer. The infrared heater has a range of 1 to 99 minutes. The digital display shows the working time, making it easier to control.

Complete adjustment of the position of the equipment is possible thanks to the tripod design. Any position (vertical, horizontal and set in a different direction) is the effect of the rotating lamp housing. In addition, you can adjust the angle of its setting using special levers.
