In recent years, a number of studies have been conducted in the context of the impact of infrared rays on health. As a result, several conclusions were presented, which confirm the BENEFICIAL EFFECT of infrared radiation:

The modern Far Infrared Heating (FIR) method is based on radiation energy that travels in the form of invisible electromagnetic waves invisible to the eye.
