How does the MediWave Smart lamp work?

MediWave Smart is a modern lamp using LED light therapy with precisely selected wavelengths: red, near infrared (IR), blue and green. Each of the colors of light acts on the body in a different way, supporting natural regeneration and care processes.

The emitted light penetrates the skin into the deeper layers of tissues, where stimulates mitochondria – the energy centers of cells – to increase the production of ATP (cellular energy). Thanks to this, the body can more effectively activate its natural mechanisms of renewal and regeneration.

How to properly use a lamp for red light therapy?

For optimal results, place the lamp at a distance of 15 to 30 cm from the skin and direct the light to the selected part of the body. The recommended exposure time is 10 to 20 minutes, from 3 to 5 times a week – the frequency can be adjusted to your individual needs and the type of ailments. Avoid looking directly into the light - just close your eyes or wear the safety glasses that are included.

Systematic use of therapy at appropriate intervals supports regenerative processes, improves the condition of the skin and helps reduce pain.
