Airrex AH-500i is a new generation infrared oil heater with a capacity of up to 15 kW, designed for professional heating of rooms with a volume of up to 1500 m³. Dual Power 11/15 kW technology, Blue Flame Burner, automatic thermostat and WiFi with Rex Nordic app ensure convenient and efficient operation.

Airrex AH-500i heats people, machines and surfaces directly with infrared radiation. Thanks to this, it provides even, comfortable heat without unnecessary air movement and dust circulationu. It will work in large workshops, industrial halls, warehouses, production plants, construction sites, event tents and agricultural buildings.

The new Blue Flame Burner provides exceptionally clean combustion, while the Dual Power technology allows you to choose the power of 11 or 15 kW according to your current needs. The automatic thermostat operates in the range of 0 to 40°C, maintaining the selected temperature and optimizing fuel consumption.

The heater can operate on renewable diesel HVO100 (EN 15940) or diesel (EN 590). The fuel consumption is 1,05 to 1,42 l/h and the tank has a capacity of 45 l.

Built-in WiFi allows monitoring and control via the Rex Nordic app on Android/iOS devices. An optional 4G connection is also available.

Operation is facilitated by the touch LED panel, and the noise level is only 47 dB.

The device is also equipped with a 24-hour timer, an interval timer 5 – 60 min, a tilt sensor, overheating protection and automatic shutdown.

Battery operated fuel pump with automatic stop function. Thanks to this pump, transferring fuel from one canister to another or, for example, to the Airrex heater is very easy. The Rex Nordic pump also allows easy emptying of the Airrex heater tank.

The suction pipe of the device is introduced into the tank from which the fuel is to be sucked, and the tip of the filling hose into the container into which the fuel is to be poured. Then the pump is started with a switch and starts working independently. The pump stops automatically when the sensor in the filler hose detects that the fuel level in the tank is high enough.

For the amount of fuel needed to heat, e.g. The hall is influenced by many factors: the thickness of the roof and walls insulation, the number of doors and windows, the frequency of opening doors / windows, whether cold equipment is brought into the hall, etc. During the first few days, the infrared heater consumes more fuel than usual, because all the materials in the room are cold. When the materials warm up to the desired temperature, the consumption will be reduced. Therefore, the amount of fuel consumed during each day can vary significantly.
