The Flaem AirPro 3000 Plus inhaler is a device for professional use in medical facilities, outpatient, home or rental conditions.

The most efficient model of the Flaem compressor enables smooth pressure regulation, personalization of parameters and treatment, effectively supporting the treatment of chronically ill people and requiring constant nebulisation.

Inhalation-assisted nebulizer RF7 Dual Speed Plus provides a small MMAD particle, and the ability to accelerate inhalation twice. A comprehensive set of accessories, adapted for the needs of children and adults, facilitates the therapeutic process, and high quality allows for repeated disinfection and sterilization.

AirPro 3000 is manufactured in Europe from biocompatible materials. The high class of the product is confirmed by the TÜV Rheinland mark of conformity and the certificate of the notified body IMQ.

Two nebulizer operating modes, small size MMAD particles

The precise construction of the nebulizer Flaem RF7 Dual Speed Plus with speed switch (MIN/MAX) enables operation in two modes, increasing the speed and efficiency of inhalation, obtaining particle size MMAD in the range from 2,21 μm to 2,95 μm.

Thanks to this, regardless of the selected settings, the device will ensure effective nebulisation of all types of drugs, delivering active substances to the deepest parts of the respiratory system, including the alveoli.

Valve system and inhalation assisted

The built-in valve system in the nebulizer provides greater control over the way the drug is delivered and reduces its dispersion in the environment and on the patient's face. Inhalation-assisted nebulisation is a beneficial inhalation technique that allows the mist to be delivered in sync with the patient's breath.

Inspiration:

The valve in the mouthpiece or mask closes, producing pressure and opening the valve in the nebuliser, directing the drug directly into the respiratory system.

Exhaust:

The valve in the nebulizer closes, blocking the outflow of mist from the environment. Exhaled air escapes from the nebulizer through an open valve in the mouthpiece or mask.

AirPro 3000 Plus is equipped with the most advanced compressor Flaem, adapted for intensive use, with a service life of up to 2000 hours. The housing effectively suppresses the noise of the compressor operation, providing quiet therapy, comfortable for patients of all ages.

Smooth adjustment of inhalation speed

The pressure control knob allows for smooth control of the rate of administration of the drug. Thanks to this, the therapy can be adapted to the individual needs of the patient, ensuring optimal effects of therapy. The pressure gauge indicates the supplied pressure, depending on the color of the zone reaching specified in the instructions parameters, suitable for the treatment of the lowest respiratory section.

Comfortable and thoughtful design

The AirPro 3000 Plus housing with built-in handle will facilitate the transport of the device, and the removable nebulizer holder, which you place on the right or left side of the device, will simplify the process of preparing inhalation and allow free breaks in the treatment. The fuse placed in the power socket protects the device and the user, in the event of a short circuit stopping the access of electricity.

AirPro 3000 Plus offers a complete set of accessories, which enables convenient and effective delivery of the drug mist. The set includes a mouthpiece with a valve, offering the greatest effectiveness, a non-invasive nose pad, and ergonomic masks in two sizes: for children and adults.

Comfortable masks

Mask Flaem, using Soft Touch technology, are specialized accessories with an edge made of soft biocompatible material, fitting without unpleasant compression, at the same time providing a tight barrier.

Mist dispersion limiter

Both the mouthpiece and the and masks are equipped with additional protection that prevents the loss of the nebulised drug – dispersion reducer, whose operation is based on opening and closing valve, working in sync with the inhalation and exhalation phases, precisely directing the mist of the drug and increasing the efficiency and safety of therapy.

Production of mist “on demand” – manual nebulisation mode

Precise inhalation and reduction of mist loss is facilitated by an additional element, placed between the cable and the nebulizer, which allows manual control of nebulisation, i.e. production of the mist "on demand".

Manual activation of nebulization eliminates the continuous production of mist outside the patient's inhalation phase , resulting in greater treatment effectiveness.

Professional air hose

For high effectiveness with long-term therapy, AirPro 3000 Plus is equipped with a long air hose (2 m), with tips terminated with thermoplastic polyurethane, increasing the durability of the cable.

Easy to disinfect and sanitize

Nebulizer with accessories easily and effectively subject the process of decontamination, disinfection and sterilization, up to 300 times, e.g. Boil in water for 10 minutes or using a steam sterilizer. The sterilization procedure has been validated in accordance with ISO 17665-1.
