Flaem HospiNeb is an inhaler dedicated for intensive care of the lower respiratory tract. Thanks to its high quality, it will work both at home, medical facilities or as a rental device.

Robust compressor with long service life and high air flow, combined with nebulizer with 2-stage valves, allows to obtain parameters suitable for supporting treatment chronically ill patients. The possibility of double acceleration of inhalation, without significant deterioration of parameters, provides high comfort of therapy for children. Full accessories with the possibility of disinfection and sterilization will allow hygienic use for the whole family.

Flaem HospiNeb is manufactured in Europe, from biocompatible materials, without BPA and phthalates. In vitro tests and the TÜV Rheinland quality mark ensure the high quality of the parameters obtained and the device itself.

Two modes of operation, with the possibility of quick treatment and small MMAD

The nebulizer has a precise design, with the function of speed switching (MIN/MAX), allowing you to work in two modes. Thanks to this, the speed of inhalation can be increased from approx. 0,29 ml/min up to approx. 0,65 ml/min, with particle size (MMAD) reaching from 2,61 μm to 2,81 μm.

Regardless of the mode chosen, Flaem HospiNeb ensures effective nebulization of all types of medications, delivering active substances to the deepest parts of the respiratory system , through the larynx, trachea, bronchi and bronchioles, even to the alveoli.

Valve system and inhalation assisted

Extended valves in the nebulizer provide greater control over the delivery of the drug and reduce the dispersion of mist in the environment and on the patient's face. Inhalation-assisted nebulisation is beneficial inhalation technique, which using the valve system allows the delivery of the drug in sync with the patient's breath.

Inhale:

The valve in the mouthpiece or mask closes, producing pressure and opening the valve in the nebuliser, directing the drug directly into the respiratory system.

Exhaust:

The valve in the nebulizer closes, blocking the outflow of mist from the environment. Exhaled air escapes from the nebulizer through an open valve in the mouthpiece or mask.

Convenient to use and compact

Flaem Hospineb is a device designed for full convenience of use. Built-in nebulizer holder makes it easier to prepare inhalation and allows interruptions in therapy without worrying about spilling the drug. In addition, the ergonomic handle, cable storage and practical travel case guarantee convenience and excellent protection of the equipment, allowing easy carrying and storage.

Professional compressor for medical use

The compressor Flaem F2000 was designed for intensive use, offering a durability of up to 2000 hours of operation. High airflow, reaching approx. 14 l/min, effectively breaks down drug particles, providing conditions for nebulisation with many different substances. Compressor thanks to continuous operation allows uninterrupted inhalation, without time limits.

Accessories for every age group

The complete set of accessories included in Flaem HospiNeb enables matching and effective delivery of the drug mist. For inhalation, you can use universal mouthpiece with valve, non-invasive nasal cap or ergonomic masks in two sizes: for children and adults

Professional air hose

Air flow even under intensive use provides a special, 2-meter air hose, finished with thermoplastic polyurethane tips, significantly increasing its durability and reliability.

Soft Touch Masks - without side openings

Masks with soft, biocompatible edge, make it easy to fit to the face without feeling pressure, while providing a tight barrier. Additional comfort when inhaling a child will be provided by flexible rubbers that keep the mask in a stable and comfortable position.

Increased reduction in mist dispersion

Both the mouthpiece and masks are equipped with additional protection, which prevents the loss of the drug – dispersion reducer, whose operation is based on opening and closing valve, working in synchronization with the inhalation and exhalation phases, precisely directing the mist of the drug, increasing the efficiency and safety of therapy.

Production of mist “on demand” – manual nebulisation mode

Even more precise inhalation and reduction of mist loss is facilitated by an additional element, placed between the cable and the nebulizer, which allows manual control of nebulisation, i.e. production of the mist "on demand".

Manual activation of nebulisation stops the production of mist outside the patient's inhalation phase, resulting in greater treatment efficiency.

Safe materials, no bisphenol or phthalates

Flaem HospiNeb is a tested inhaler, produced without harmful substance like bisphenol and phthalates. Proven origin, full biocompatibility of materials and a restrictive quality management process of the manufacturer ensures high safety of nebulisation.

Specialized air filter

HospiNeb has been equipped with a high-efficiency filter, distinguished by long, rolled construction and high density, thanks to which it effectively purifies the air sucked in by the compressor, providing inhalation without pollution, dust and pollen. The filter, placed in a visible place, can be replaced in seconds, guaranteeing high quality and safety of inhalation.

HospiNeb is an inhaler manufactured in Italy, with TÜV Rheinland quality mark and mist parameters confirmed by in vitro tests by TÜV Rheinland Italia S.r.l. in cooperation with the University of Parma, in accordance with the new ISO 27427 standard. Tests conducted by an independent third party are a confirmation of the reliability of the declared parameters.

Easy to disinfect and sanitize

The nebulizer with accessories is suitable for decontamination, disinfection and sterilization, up to 300 times, e.g. Boil in water for 10 minutes or using a steam sterilizer. The sterilization procedure has been validated according to ISO 17665-1. High quality components ensure safe hygiene, in accordance with the highest standard.
