APTEO PulmoCare INHALATOR effectively supports the treatment of upper and lower respiratory tract, from the larynx to the pulmonary section. Four nebulisation modes allow you to adjust the therapy to the age of the patient – adult, child or infant – and to the type of medicines used.

• Inhalation therapy and medications must be prescribed by a doctor. The rotary regulator at the top of the nebulizer allows you to easily change the size of particles – by changing the position of the switch or removing it completely from the body (mode without switch).
• MMAD in switch 3 position is 2,49 μm, which means that a minimum of 50% of the particles produced by the nebuliser are less than or equal to 2,49 μm in size, which means that it goes to the final section of the respiratory tract.
• The rate of nebulisation depends on the selected mode of operation of the nebuliser and the therapeutic need - in the configuration of the nebuliser without a switch, when the therapeutic area is the oropharyngeal section, the rate of nebulisation is 0,53 ml/min - based on data consistent with Flaem's internal procedure, the performance of the device may vary for individual types of drugs (e. high viscosity or in suspension).

Reduction of mist loss

The mist dispersion limiter, found in the SoftTouch masks attached to the inhaler, ensures more effective administration of the drug – the valve bends inside the mask during inhalation and outside during exhalation.
