The PRO compressor and piston inhaler from Balanssen is a modern inhaler with optimal nebulisation parameters. Compact, lightweight and economical. The device is designed for the whole family - both for nebulisation of children and adults - together with a modern nebulizer ensuring an average particle size of 3-5 microns, and optimal use of the drug.

The PRO Balanssen inhaler is ideal for combating: colds, runny nose, troublesome cough, allergies, inflammation of the respiratory tract. The inhaler has been developed especially for the treatment of asthma and other respiratory diseases. The device produces an air stream guided through the hose to the nebulizer. When air enters the nebulizer, the medical preparation is sprayed, creating an easy-to-inhale mist. The size of the 3-5 micron molecule allows to support the treatment of the lower respiratory tract.

Usage:

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
2. Connect all parts of the inhaler according to the instructions, and then connect the device to electricity.
3. Measure the dose. Check the smallest volume of liquid necessary for the proper functioning of the inhaler. If the volume of the drug is smaller, it should be diluted with saline - agree with the attending physician (first a salt solution is added, then the drug).
4. Shake the ampoule of the drug before adding the drug to the nebulizer.
5. Sit comfortably in an upright position. Turn on the nebulizer.
6. If you use the mouthpiece, breathe through your mouth, not through your nose. If you are using a mask, remember that it should adhere well to your face.
7. Continue inhalation until bubbling is observed in the container of the nebulizer – this is a signal that the drug is running out. Shake the container so that all drops flow to the bottom of the container. When you hear bubbling again, it’s a sign that the nebulisation is over. Nebulisation usually takes 5-10 minutes. Bullogging is characteristic of pneumatic-piston inhalers – it does not appear in the case of ultrasonic and membrane nebulizers.
8. Disconnect the nebulizer. Wash the nebuliser container and the mask or mouthpiece and let them dry. The air hose should not be flushed. If you wet it - dry it according to the instructions attached to the product.
9. After nebulisation with steroids, to avoid the occurrence of a fungal infection, you need to rinse your mouth. If using the mask, also wash your face to avoid irritation.
