The Sherman MMA 200 SPEEDY welder is made in the latest IGBT technology. The presented MMA Sherman welding machine is characterized by easy arcing so that it does not stick to the electrode. It is equipment that is adapted to work with a generator set with AVR system. The easy and intuitive system shows us the correct operation and information about overheating thanks to the LED. After connecting the appropriate handle, it is possible to weld TIG DC.

The device allows welding with a maximum current of 200A with an efficiency of 60%. Such current allows you to obtain 5mm of melting at a time, which translates into welding elements up to 10mm thick. The welder has been made in inverter technology, thanks to which it is possible to smoothly adjust the welding current every 1A, a also guarantees the stability of the source and high resistance to interference or voltage drops.

IGBT - modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.

HOT START - the function is popularly called hot start. It works at the moment of arcing, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great convenience when arcing.

ANTI STICK - this is a short-circuit protection, reducing the welding current in the case of sticking the electrode to the welded material. This makes it easier to peel off and protects the device from damage.

TIG LIFT - MMA 200 Speedy welding machine allows TIG welding using an additional TIG handle. A gas-cooled handle with a current capacity of 200A is required, equipped with a valve controlling the flow of shielding gas and a cylinder with shielding gas. Arching occurs by rubbing,similar to the MMA method.

WORKING WITH THE AGGREGATE - this model is adapted to work with a generator set with AVR system and power from 5.5kW.

OVERHEATING PROTECTION - The power source is equipped with a thermal, automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the welding machine is too high, the protection will disconnect the welding current and the overheating indicator diode will light up. After the temperature drops, the circuit breaker will automatically reset.
