The MOST device welds with TIG current with a constant or pulsating waveform with a frequency of 200Hz.

At the time of TIG AC welding, we have available frequency and balance adjustment thanks to which we can achieve the most efficient welding of aluminum while maintaining the proper quality of the weld.

Using the MMA method, we have features such as HotStart and ArcForce.

HotStart - starting welding is much easier. At the moment of arcing, the welding current is briefly increased. This leads to the heating of the material and electrode at the point of contact, as well as to the proper shape of the melt and the weld face (in the initial phase of the welding process).

ArcForce - a function that provides the best settings for obtaining a stable arc and a small amount of chipping. In other words, the electric arc necessary for welding glows uniformly, without short circuits hindering or preventing the connection of materials. During welding, large amounts of chipping are often formed, i.e. drops of melted metals that need to be removed. When turned on, the amount of chipping decreases significantly, and this allows for more comfortable work.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that our device has all the additional functions needed for professional TIG welding (gas pre- and outflow, current build-up, crater filling, etc. )
