The NVR-108MH-D model is an 8-channel IP recorder from HiLook series, dedicated to work in IP CCTV installations. Hikvision products from the HiLook line are innovative CCTV monitoring solutions, offering advanced functionality and reliability at an affordable price.

The recorder allows you to support up to 8 IP cameras with a maximum resolution of up to 6MP . Thanks to the HikConnect/ HiLook App mobile application, the device allows remote access to recordings from anywhere in the world.

HiLook /Hikvision monitoring systems can be controlled, configured and operated using the intuitive HikConnect/ HiLook App mobile application for smartphones and tablets and the iVMS-4200 program for PC computers. Thanks to this, the user has constant control and supervision over the monitored space from any place on earth with access to the network. The application and program allow you to:

• live image preview
• remote playback of recordings
• creating scenarios and motion detection rules
• control of rotating cameras
• receiving notifications about events within the system

The application uses the P2P cloud to operate, so the system does not need to have forwarded ports on the router.

The recorder supports the motion detection function from network cameras. This function allows sending instant notifications to the user (in the application or software) about the detection of changes in the camera image, and also allows searching recordings for detected motion in the area protected by monitoring.

The HiLook IP recorder is equipped with an efficient image compression standard, designated H.265. This standard is a direct successor to the popular H.264 technology and allows for almost double the bandwidth load. This translates into significant space saving on the hard disk and extending the archiving time of recordings on the disk.
