INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING POINT PROFILES (ROUND) MICHNO T SYSTEM IN THE GROUND

Installation of point profiles begins with making a mesh of holes in which plastic or metal dowels will be placed accordingly or direct mounting will be used without the use of dowels, e.g. in wood

We do it with a measuring cup, laser level, template, compass.

The recommended spacing between the joints depends on the type of cladding and the place of application (ceiling, wall, floor) and loads. The proposed spacing is: 40cmx40cm.

The first point should be determined 10 cm from the edge of the corner of the laid surface.

After determining all points, we proceed to drill holes in the ground with a depth of 100 mm. The diameter depends on the anchor element in a given substrate, e.g. plastic sleeve Ø10 e.g. SX10, DP10,RA10 we use drill Ø 10. Drilled holes clean from dust, screw directly the fixing element or insert the plastic expansion sleeve, then screw the fixing element to the depth according to the adjustment range of the point profile.

The self-alignment of the point profile corrects errors caused during drilling holes and allows the cladding to be mounted at an angle. Point profiles are planeed (vertical/horizontal/bevel) using a level, laser level, patch, by screwing and unscrewing the point profile at a given distance. For point profiles we install the cladding with screws. To determine on the plate the places of profiles under the plate to which we will attach it, we attach the patch to the protruding profiles and draw vertical and horizontal lines in their center. Then, at the intersection points, screw in the screws. We can also do it with a measure, compass determining the distance every 40 cm, from the center of the profile.

We follow the following rules:

-g-k, osb,mfp, fermacell, mgo and other floor coverings for ceiling walls, floors are mounted to fasteners with appropriate screws.

-remember to keep the expansion joint from the wall at least 1 cm

The average consumption of point profiles in the spacing of 40x40 cm is 7 pcs/m2. When installing profiles on the floor, we remember to use a counter from the ground.
