The Stream M1 rowing bench from Capital Sports provides a unique home workout experience. At the heart of a very even and joint-free workout is the highly precise aluminum flywheel, which counteracts rowing movements with 8-stage magnetic resistance adjustment based on our proven MagResist magnetic resistance system. Thanks to the quiet aluminum slide rail with a length of 105 cm, training is almost silent and trouble-free and possible at almost any time of the day or night.
To monitor your training, the Stream M1 rowing machine by Capital Sports has a minicomputer with an LCD display on which you can see your strokes, distance covered or calories consumed. An integrated receiver is used to receive data from the heart rate band. The display also features a tablet holder, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or music while paddling. Footrests with Velcro straps provide a stable position. After the training, the rowing machine can be easily stored, saving space: move it freely with floor wheels and position the sliding rail vertically.
