Mecool NOW KA2 is an adapter based on Android TV version 10. Equipped with 2GB RAM and 16GB built-in memory, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It works like a standard Android Box, allows you to install apps from the Play Store. It supports streaming services, e.g. HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Player. The biggest novelty is the built-in camera that allows for video calls and teleconferences.

The camera can be covered with a mechanical lens hood. Opening and closing this element is indicated by an LED on the device. If the cover is closed, the LED lights up red, and if open, the color is green. In addition, on the top case we have a slider to turn off the built-in microphone.

With the built-in lens in the Mecool KA2, you can take group photos in your home, e.g. during family dinner, home party, etc. For photos, use the originally installed Camera app to get the best picture and video quality.

Built-in camera and TikTok app - what more could you ask for? Record your videos using the FullHD camera on your KA2. Watch yourself right away on your TV or monitor, trim your clips and share them on the internet right away.

Google Duo / Google Meet is the leader among video calling apps. In the KA2 model, it is possible to receive calls with one button on the device housing or on the remote control (dedicated key).

Support for ZOOM applications during telephone calls and business meetings is a very practical solution. This Android Box has a built-in microphone so you don't have to give participants a meeting any remote control, etc.

The device is equipped with a built-in speaker, which is ideal for handling calls. When KA2 is turned on and an incoming call comes to you, you will hear a sound. Mecool KA2 will inform you about an upcoming call similar to your smartphone - it will simply call you on the screen of your TV or monitor.

Mecool NOW KA2 supports AV1 and HDR encoding, so the displayed image maintains sharpness and smoothness and fantastic color depth. The image does not tug, and the materials displayed in 4K resolution are of perfect quality.
