The module is used to detect the presence of alternating current with a voltage of 220V. This is crucial in monitoring the condition of devices powered from the network. Thanks to optocoupler insulation, the control circuit is safely separated from the high voltage circuit, which prevents damage and increases operational safety.

When connecting the input to the controller, please note that the COM terminal should be connected to a 24V power supply and the input terminal to the signal output. This ensures proper communication and reliable operation. The blue terminal 5.0 is used to connect the voltage of 220V, while the yellow pin is the signal output for further processing.

The module generates a low signal level when the 220V voltage is present and normal. In the absence of 220V voltage, the signal at the output changes to a high level. This operating logic is often used in control systems to signal failure or the presence of power.
