Spruce boards have many characteristic properties:

• Spruce is one of the harder species of soft wood, which makes spruce boards relatively resistant to mechanical damage.
• Spruce wood is known for its dimensional stability, which means it tends to shrink and expand minimally in response to changes in humidity and temperature.
• Spruce boards have insulating properties, both thermal and acoustic, which makes them an attractive material in sound-absorbing or thermal insulation structures.
• Unlike some other types of wood, spruce has a relatively low resin content.

1. The walls of the booth were made of a thick board for a feather-groove, 2cm polystyrene and again paneling. The total wall thickness is almost 5cm!
2. Floor made three-layer. Helical board 2cm, polystyrene 2cm and MFP board.
3. All walls, floor and roof are insulated with 2 cm polystyrene, in addition, the floor has been protected with OSB board. Walls with spruce board which has insulating properties.
4. The kennel has no visible joints, all elements are perfectly fitted, thanks to which the interior of the kennel is tight.
5. Additional slats are attached to the floor, which protect the wood from moisture and allow better air circulation around the kennel. The strips will raise the kennel slightly above the ground, which will help to avoid direct contact with damp ground. This will significantly extend the life of the wood and help to maintain the durability of the structure.
6. The opening roof on hinges is covered with heat-sealed papa - the papa has been welded to the roof, which will prevent it from tearing or breaking.
