Aerial Silk Hammock for Aerial Yoga

Hammock designed for yoga in the air, exercise and relaxation – both at home and outdoors, in your favorite outdoor places. It is a perfect solution for strengthening muscles and improving body flexibility, even on the go.

On the hammock you can practice aerial yoga, perform elements of air acrobatics, as well as rest comfortably at home. The set is complete and ready for installation in an apartment or studio – it contains all the elements needed for safe hanging on the ceiling or beam.

The hammock is also ideal for outdoor activities. It is lightweight and compact, and the included tapes allow for quick attachment to trees, beams, poles, or lattice structures. It can also be used as a swing.

Material: polyester

Soft and pleasant to the touch material with moderate elasticity (approx. 10%), which is perfect for exercise, allowing you to perform positions smoothly and naturally. It is safe for the skin and does not cause abrasions. Extended fabric with a width of 280 cm provides high comfort, stability and greater durability during training. The non-slip structure of the material further increases comfort and control during exercise.

Assembly of hammock:

The method of installation of the hammock depends on the type and design of the ceiling, so it is recommended to consult a specialist before installation. The set includes all the necessary akcesoria for securely attaching the hammock to a solid ceiling, beam or tree. The sash is attached directly to the mounting hooks with carabiners. The recommended distance between hooks for aerial yoga is from 40 to 55 cm.
