The roller is used in relaxation positions under the spine. Thanks to the support, it allows you to reduce tension in the back muscles in the lumbar and thoracic sections. Irreplaceable in exercises and prevention of the spine!

The roller is filled with buckwheat husk. Thanks to the irregular structure of the scales, they are constantly moved and moved by each other. This causes a continuous flow of air through the filling. The constant ventilation of the pillows keeps them fluffy and fresh, and allows your skin to breathe during exercise, so it will not sweat.

Buckwheat adapts to the shape of the head and neck and spine. After a short while, the pillow creates a secure and comfortable support for the neck. This allows you to relax constantly tense muscles.
