Yogurt machine Clatronic JM

Clatronic JM is a device thanks to which you can create your own homemade yogurt. The device is equipped with 7 jars thanks to which you can prepare up to 1.1 liters of ready-made yogurt. The only ingredients you need are pasteurized milk (UHT) and a small cup of natural yogurt - instead of yogurt, you can use cultures of yogurt bacteria.

How to prepare yogurt:

To fill all 7 jars you need 1 liter of pasteurized milk (H milk) and a cup of natural yogurt (150 ml). One jar has a capacity of 160 ml. When preparing a smaller amount of yogurt, use 140 ml of milk and approx. 20 ml of natural yogurt.

• Heat milk H in a pot to a temperature of approx. 45°C and
• add natural yogurt or bacterial cultures, mix
• Pour the mixture into clean jars
• Turn off the covers
• Insert the twisted jars into the device
• Put a transparent cover on the device
• Turn on the device. The indicator light in the switch will light up
• Leave the milk mixture in the ripening device for approx. 8 hours
• During operation, protect the device from shocks - otherwise the yogurt will remain liquid
• To complete the work, turn off the device. Indicator light goes out

• The longer the ripening, the more intense the taste of yogurt
• A jar of ready-made yogurt can be used as a base to prepare subsequent portions of yogurt up to 20 times, because over time the effect of culture becomes weaker
• Add fruit, nuts, jam and similar ingredients only after preparation
• Always store ready-made yogurt in the fridge
