Our ZIGBEE 3.0 Sone motion sensor is a reliable device that will allow you to monitor security in your home, office or garage – anytime and from anywhere in the world. With ZigBee 3.0 connectivity, the sensor can work with other smart devices, allowing you to create automatic scenes such as turning on the light when motion is detected or triggering an alarm.
The new version of the sensor offers additional measurement of light intensity (illuminance value) , which allows for even more accurate and intelligent automation scenarios – e.g. Turn on the light only when it is dark in the room.
Battery powered and compact square housing (33×33×28 mm) allow easy installation anywhere – on the wall, ceiling or furniture. You manage all functions in the free application Tuya or Smart Life, where you can read the history of events, battery level and set push notifications.
A ZigBee gateway is required to operate the device.

Compact size and installation
The ZigBee 3.0 motion sensor is distinguished by its small dimensions – only 33 × 33 × 28 mm, so it can be easily placed anywhere: on the wall, ceiling, shelf or door frame. The 16 mm square base provides a stable positioning, and the set includes double-sided tape for quick and non-invasive installation.
The device is powered by a CR2450 battery (not included), which avoids conducting wires and provides full freedom of placement in any room. Thanks to its small dimensions and lightweight design, the sensor can be discreetly mounted even in hard-to-reach places, maintaining the aesthetics of the interior.
Installation and configuration are extremely simple – just pair the sensor with the ZigBee 3.0 gateway via the Tuya or Smart Life app, and then give it its own name, e.g. “Corridor motion sensor” or “Office motion sensor”.
The ZigBee 3.0 motion sensor presents real-time data in the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. The screen shows the current status of the sensor and history detect with date and time.
When motion is detected, the icon of the running person appears and a push notification on the phone is sent. When the sensor does not detect motion, the surveillance icon is displayed, indicating the standby state.
In the application you can additionally check the battery level, light intensity (Illuminance Value) and turn push notifications on or off. Sensor data can also be used to create automation scenes, e.g. automatic switching on the light after dark.

Creating scenes and automation
The ZigBee 3.0 motion sensor works with the Tuya / Smart Life app, allowing you to create smart scenes and automations that execute automatically when certain conditions are met.
In the application you can set rules of type:
- If (If) – a condition that triggers an action (e.g. motion detected, light level is low, no movement for a certain period of time).
- Then – the action that will be performed (e.g. turn on the light, start the coffee maker, turn on the alarm).
- Precondition – e.g. scenario active only at night or at certain times.
Examples of automation:
- Turn on the light when the sensor detects motion and the light level (Illumination Value) is low.
- Send a push notification when the sensor detects movement at night.
- Start the coffee maker, when you enter the kitchen in the morning.
Scenes can be created independently from the “Scenes” or “Smart” tab – the motion sensor appears as a trigger device (IF), and any other compatible Tuya device (relay, bulb, outlet, etc. ) can be an action device (THEN).
Thanks to this, the sensor becomes an integral part of the intelligent system, responding automatically to situations in the environment – without the need for manual operation.
Supported functions:
The ZigBee 3.0 motion sensor operates in continuous presence monitoring mode, responding immediately when motion is detected within its range. As long as the sensor records movement, maintains the active state of PIR and transmits data to the application on an ongoing basis. If no movement is detected for 2,5 minutes, the device automatically goes into standby, prepared for re-detection.
All data, such as event history, battery level and light intensity, are available directly in the Tuya or Smart Life app.

Adding to the app
Pairing the sensor with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app is quick and intuitive. The device uses ZigBee 3.0 technology, so before adding it, make sure you have a ZigBee gateway in your system.
Instructions for adding a sensor:
- Open the Tuya or Smart Life app and go to the “My Home” tab.
- Select your ZigBee gateway, a then click "Add Device".
- Select the option ZigBee – the application will automatically search for available devices.
- Insert the sensor into pairing mode: there is a small hole on the side of the housing, into which you need to gently insert the needle into the reset. Hold the button in the middle for a few seconds until the sensor starts flashing steadily – this means the device is ready to connect.
- After a while, the sensor will be detected automatically by the application
- Approve addition, enter the name of the device (e.g. “Office motion sensor”) and click “Finish”.
- Ready – the sensor will appear in your ZigBee gateway and will be visible in the application as an active device.
