The offered hob is designed for use in places where meals are served for a large number of people:

in buffets, canteens, canteens, hotels. The Royal Catering will also work great in catering companies as part of the equipment of the Swedish table, e.g. at banquets. The RCHP-120 is a durable equipment designed for professional use.

The heating area is 1200 x 500 mm. You can place GN containers, pans, pots and other dishes on it. Stainless steel, from which the tray from Royal Catering is made, allows you to place heated products directly on the countertop. It is a completely food safe (biologically neutral) and very durable material. Smooth surface in case of dirt is easy to clean with a mild detergent.

Four halogens suspended above the RCHP-120 worktop

attractively illuminate the issued products. Heat exchangers have a total power of 1200 W and support the operation of the heater (800 W) built into the base. The bulbs are covered for protection with an aesthetic hood made of durable plexiglas. If necessary, they can be easily disassembled (along with the visor) and only use the lower heat source.

The heating temperature of 0 - 110°C allows it to perfectly match the character of the dishes. In the higher one, soups and stews will be kept, the lower range is suitable, e.g. for drinks such as compotes, punches or food additives – rice, potatoes. Thanks to two heat sources, the food dishes are heated evenly.

Compact equipment is easy to transport.

The heating plate thanks to 4 adjustable and non-slip feet is very stable. Simple and intuitive operation is carried out using a multifunctional knob. Useful controls indicate that the food has reached the desired temperature.
