Raimondi MOTOKOMPASS is a device designed to create rounded corners of tiles. The tool is used for circular shaping, allows you to get different shapes: semicircular, quarter circle and round the edges of the cut plate with a variety of cutters designed for this type of work.

For finishing / polishing already shaped edges, it is recommended to use a hand-held angle grinder (max. 1400 rpm) with diamond pads for grinding.

TECHNICAL DATA:

• Possible diameters: minimum 30cm, maximum 100cm
• It is possible to make a semicircular and diagonal profile (jolly)
• Rounded and semicircular profiles can be made on plates and tiles with a thickness of 5 to 12mm. Available radius: 6mm, 10mm, 12mm
• Motocomppass can be used dry (with a vacuum cleaner) or with water (with a wet cutting kit, so-called. RM-433PWWA hydronet)
• Profiles at an angle of 45° (jolly) can be made on plates and tiles with a thickness of 3 to 12mm
• Fits almost all angle grinders from 600 to 1100W
• Suitable for angle grinders with cap and shank M14

INCLUDED:

• Vacuum suction cup with pump RV175 (RM-185WA01VRVV) with pressure gauge for use on smooth and slightly rough surfaces (suction cup contains special indicators to correctly set it in relation to the type of work performed)
• Diamond cutting blade with a diameter of Ø 16mm
• Housing for angle grinder for edge shaping
• Tile breaker with thickness from 3 - 6mm
• Instructions for maintenance and operation of the device
