Ingredients (for 2 servings):

• 50 g dark chocolate
• 40 g butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon wheat flour

Preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate with butter (in a water bath or microwave).
2. In a bowl, beat the egg with sugar.
3. Add melted chocolate and butter, mix.
4. Pour in the flour and combine the ingredients.
5. Pour into 2 greased molds (e.g. ramekins).
6. Bake in a non-fat air fryer at 180°C for 6 to 8 minutes.
7. Serve immediately – the agent should remain liquid!
