• 1 avocado
• 2 small eggs
• 2 slices of ham or bacon
• salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Preparation:

1. Avocado cross section in half, remove the pit and hollow out some pulp to enlarge the cavity.
2. Put a rolled slice of ham into each half, and stick an egg on it.
