Ingredients:

• 1 avocado
• 2 small eggs
• 2 slices of ham or bacon
• salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Preparation:

1. Avocado cross section in half, remove the pit and hollow out some pulp to enlarge the cavity.
2. Put a rolled slice of ham into each half, and stick an egg on it.
3. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
4. Put in a non-fat air fryer at 180°C for approx. 8 to 10 minutes (yolk as preferred).

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken fillets
• 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
• 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs or panko
• salt, pepper, sweet pepper, garlic powder

Preparation:

1. Cut the fillets into strips or leave them whole.
2. Mix the yogurt with the spices.
3. Roll the chicken in yogurt, then in a mixture of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
4. Arrange in the basket of the air fryer, spray gently with oil.
5. Bake at 190°C for 15 to 18 minutes, turning in half.
