The booth is not layered. The board has a thickness of 4cm, so there is no need to fold the walls of the booth sequentially from different layers, e.g. wood-styrofoam-wood. This prevents insects from multiplying in the gaps between layers, which is possible in the case of e.g. wooden booths.

These are factory features that do not affect the quality, durability or insulation properties of the product in any way. We have no influence on the scratches or placement of these prints – they come directly from the manufacturer of XPS boards.

Our booth is primarily insulation and protection, not a decorative element – thanks to this it will keep your pet warm even on the coldest days.

If the technical inscriptions or scratches are highly visible and visually disturbing, the booth can be secured from the outside with foil / tape / waterproof membrane or paint for painting hives. This allows you to adjust its appearance to your preferences without affecting its functionality.

The DIY booth is a great opportunity to do something for free-living animals. When ordering from us, you get a ready package of cut plates to make such a booth. You do not have to buy polystyrene sheets and cut them properly, because all the walls needed to make such a booth are on this auction. All walls of the booth are perfectly cut and connect like a puzzle, which allows efficient and trouble-free assembly. You can do it yourself, as well as join the children's project to do something good together!

SOLID VERY WARM CAT BOOTH - A HIT LIKE NEVER BEFORE ON ALLEGRO

The booth is made of XPS 700 kPa styrodur. This styrodur is used in the construction of hives, and due to its hardness, bees do not bite it. This styrodur is 7 times harder than polystyrene, and also does not crumble. The material is uniform, so the entrance to the booth will not fall off as in the case of Styrofoam booths. The weight of such a booth is many times lower than wooden booths, while the thermal conditions inside are much better. Styrodur has much better insulation values than polystyrene. In addition, it is characterized by very low absorbability and high resistance to pressure of 700 kPa, where with good polystyrene such strength will be approx. 150 kPa. The booth made of styrodur perfectly holds heat, and also styrodur itself produces this heat.

This styrodur has a Health Quality Certificate of the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene for use in hives, therefore it does not release harmful toxins into the environment and can be used to build hives and does not have a negative impact on humans and animals

These booths are resistant to very low temperatures and help animals survive until spring, protecting them from suffering and various diseases. We know that more and more people are sensitive to the needs of cats in the winter, which is why they meet the desire to help, we have created a solid and durable thermo-house, so that the lightness and possibility of movement corresponds to polystyrene houses, while the durability and high insulation indicators exceed even wooden houses. EXECUTION OF THE BOOTH

1. We glue vertical walls to the base at the contact points using Sodual Montage FIX Styrofoam adhesive
2. Stick the canopy with the same glue to the upper wall and leave separately as a movable element
3. When the glue bonds well and dries both the base and the canopy are reinforced with screws
4. Styrodur itself is a material with very low absorbability, so the folded booth can be immediately exposed to the outside. However, to ensure the best weather resistance, it is worth protecting the external walls with foil / tape / waterproof membrane or paint for painting hives.

In the photo you can see a ready-made booth, which has been protected with liquid paper, which is waterproof and frost-resistant.
