The Baratza “Encore” coffee grinder has been hailed by the coffee community as the best solution for those who want to brew sensational coffee at home. The grinder housing has a minimalist design, is compact and is made of plastic that does not collect fingerprints. It is an on demand grinder, so grinding is done on demand – ground coffee is immediately before brewing straight into a container or flask. Grinding is done through a pulse button, thanks to which you have full control over the amount of ground coffee. In addition, the Encore grinder has an on and off switch.

Baratza "Encore" offers up to 40 degrees of coffee grinding, from very fine to thick. It will work primarily in overflow methods, such as Chemex, Aeropress, dripper, siphon or French Press. The grinder is equipped with conical hardened steel filaments.

Maintenance of the grinder is extremely easy due to the fact that it takes a few seconds to remove the heater.
