COFFEE WITHOUT DEFECTS

In our coffee YOU WILL NOT FIND defects, grains with mold, low quality raw material. These disadvantages mean that coffee does not have good sensory properties and is not good for the body. Our coffees are of premium quality and specialty. They have a score and a certificate of quality. Thanks to this, we are sure that we deliver grain of high, proven quality.

REGULAR EXAMINATIONS

Our coffees are regularly tested in the laboratory. We check both their microbiological properties as well as commission tests for the content of carcinogenic substances such as Ochratoxin A or Acrylamide. These studies confirm that our coffees are free from any harmful substances.

KRAFT WAY OF SMOKING

We smoke coffee in small batches. Our coffee roasting ovens are designed to burn at low temperatures. After roasting, coffee is cooled with air (not water as in industrial roasters) to retain all the good properties of taste and aroma.

REPETITIVE RECIPES

Each firing is controlled using a special program for roasting coffee. Saved recipes guarantee repeatability of taste. We can recreate them with every firing so you don’t have to worry about your coffee having a different taste next time.

COFFEE PURIFIED FROM PEBBLES

After burning, each batch of grain goes to "Destonator". It is a pneumatic device that cleanses coffee from foreign bodies (such as small pebbles, metal lelements, ground and others). This ensures that no package will receive a seed that could damage your coffee maker or grinder.

PROVEN TASTE OF COFFEE

All coffees after roasting are evaluated daily by our baristas (the so-called Cupping). They check the sensory characteristics of coffees such as aroma, taste, flesh, sweetness, acidity and others. This study is conducted using special sheets in accordance with the recommendation of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). We know that our assessment is objective. Thanks to this, we are also sure that the coffee that goes into your cup is the highest quality product for which we take full responsibility.

WE HAD COFFEE ON REQUEST

If you would like your coffee ground before shipping, please let us know in the notes to your order. Please note that the grinding thickness of the grain depends on what brewing method it is intended for. Therefore, do not forget to write us how you brew coffee at home. We will grind coffee for you according to your needs.

We will grind the freshly roasted grain and then pack it in the original packaging with a valve.
