How to brew coffee:
- Pour water into the lower tank, below the level of the safety valve.
- Place the strainer into the bottom tank.
- Fill the strainer with ground coffee without whisking it.
- Tighten the top container of the infuser tightly before cooking.
- After turning, we put the whole thing on the stove.
- The resulting steam of boiling water in the lower tank under pressure passes up through the coffee in the strainer and already in the upper part the infusion is poured.
- When steam begins to come out of the hole in the lower tank, remove the coffee maker from the stove.
- Brewing time about 5 minutes.
