Preparation for use:

1. ✔ Check the machine: Make sure the coffee maker is clean and all parts of it (bottom container, strainer, gasket, top tank) are in good condition.
2. ✔ Fill the lower container with water:Pour water into the lower container to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid problems during brewing.
3. ✔ Add coffee to strainer:Pour ground coffee (average grinding thickness) into strainer, level surface (do not knead) to ensure even brewing.
4. ✔ Twist the coffee maker:Place the strainer in the bottom container, then tighten the top tank. Make sure the coffee maker is tightly twisted.

Coffee brewing:

1. ✔ Place the coffee maker on a heat source:Put the coffee maker on the stove (gas, electric or induction – according to the manufacturer’s recommendations). Set a medium fire so that the water heats up gradually.
2. ✔ Observe the process:After a while you will hear a characteristic hissing or bubbling – this means that the coffee begins to overflow to the upper zbiornika.Gdy sound will weaken and the coffee will stop overflowing, the coffee maker will be removed from the fire.

Serving:

1. ▶ Open the top tank and carefully pour the coffee into the cups.

Cleaning:

2. ▶ Remove the grounds from the strainer and rinse all components thoroughly under running water. Do not use detergent so as not to change the taste of the coffee.

• ✅Always make sure that the safety valve is not clogged.

Induction will work if the diameter of the induction field is not more than 2 cm from the field on the bottom of the coffee maker.
