Preparation for use:

1. ✔ Check the machine: Make sure the coffee maker is clean and all parts of it (bottom container, strainer, gasket, top tank) are in good condition.
2. ✔ Fill the lower container with water:Pour water into the lower container to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid problems during brewing.
3. ✔ Add coffee to strainer:Pour ground coffee (average grinding thickness) into strainer, level surface (do not knead) to ensure even brewing.
4. ✔ Twist the coffee maker:Place the strainer in the bottom container, then tighten the top tank. Make sure the coffee maker is tightly twisted.

Coffee brewing:

1. ✔ Place the coffee maker on a heat source:Put the coffee maker on the stove (gas, electric or induction – according to the manufacturer’s recommendations). Set a medium fire so that the water heats up gradually.
2. ✔ Observe the process:After a while you will hear a characteristic hissing or bubbling – this means that the coffee begins to overflow to the upper zbiornika.Gdy sound will weaken and the coffee will stop overflowing, the coffee maker will be removed from the fire.

Serving:
