Convenience of use
French press Tchibo was designed and created by professionals. Thanks to this, every detail is carefully thought out, and use is pleasant and intuitive. The large plastic handle does not heat up and makes pouring coffee convenient. However, a properly contoured spout prevents spillage.
How to prepare coffee in French press Tchibo?
- Remove the filter plunger from the jug.
- Pour one heaped teaspoon of coarsely ground grains into the dish for each cup you want to get – e.g. If you make three coffees, pour three teaspoons.
- Pour hot water over coffee (125 ml per drink). Do not forget to leave a minimum of 2,5 cm of free space at the top of the dish.
- Mix the contents with a plastic or wooden spoon.
- Insert the piston filter assembly inside and by turning the lid, close the outlet so that the drink can brew.
- Only after about 4 minutes start slowly lowering the filter down. During this time, for safety, turn the jug outlet away from you and hold the dish holder firmly.
- After opening the outlet, you can pour coffee into cups.
