Vietnamese have been growing coffee for over a hundred years and are the second largest coffee power in the world, although hardly anyone knows about it.
Roast mills from different parts of the world import coffee beans from Vietnam, roast and sell under their brands, because the beans there ripen in an ideal climate and areas not ecologically contaminated.
The Vietnamese way of burning grains is different from the European one.
In order to achieve a great taste experience, the beans are specially selected and roasted a little harder, which adds a chocolate aftertaste to the coffee.
The Phin brewer is used to prepare Vietnamese-style coffee.
The brewer is made of stainless steel.

Below is the instruction in Polish:
1. Pour about 20g. (4 heaping teaspoons) coarsely ground coffee to phina.
2. Gently shake and press the included press coffee.
3. Put the phina on a strainer and the whole thing on your favorite cup or mug.
4. Pour in ok. 20 ml (no more) of hot water and wait about 20 seconds for the coffee to soak in the water.
5. Refill the rest of the phina with hot water and cover with a lid.
6. Wait about 10-15 minutes for the coffee brew to completely flow into the cup.
7. Get the phina off the cup.
8. Add sugar or milk as you like, or add water.
Our favorite addition is frothed gostyńskie milk, which you just need to beat with a small mixer - milk frother to buy for a few zlotys in each market
