Straight from the Importer, an original infuser, phin Trung Nguyen, with a capacity of 150 ml.

The Phin brewer is used to prepare Vietnamese-style coffee.

The infuser is made of stainless steel .

In a nice plastic box you will find a brewer and instructions in English.

Below we present the instruction in Polish:

1. Pour about 20g. (4 heaping teaspoons) coarse ground coffee for phina.

2. Gently shake and press the included Prague coffee.

3. Put the phina on the strainer and the whole thing on your favorite cup or mug.

4. Pour approx. 20 ml (not more) of hot water and wait about 20 seconds for the coffee to soak into the water.

5. Top up the rest of the phina with hot water and cover with the lid.

6. Wait about 10-15 minutes for the coffee infusion to flow completely into the cup.

7. Get the phine out of the cup.

8. Add sugar or milk as you like, or add water.

Our favorite addition is foamed Gostyńskie milk, which is enough to whip with a small mixer - a milk frother you can buy for a few zlotys in any supermarket
