Kamille pot for brewing Turkish coffee made of stainless steel with a stay-cool Bakelite handle and a comfortable spout for pouring coffee. The vessel is used to prepare Turkish coffee, although other drinks can be heated in it.

The method of brewing coffee has a significant impact on its aroma and taste. Turkish coffee brewing allows you to extract the flavor notes characteristic of a given species from the ground beans.

Turkish coffee is famous primarily for the way it is prepared . The water used for brewing must be very cold in order to get the best out of the coffee when it heats up, and the beans should be ground very finely . We do NOT add milk or cream to Turkish coffee! The only permitted additions are sugar (added during brewing, not into the cup) and spices.

How to brew coffee:

1. Pour the coffee into the pot, add sugar and (optionally, depending on your taste preferences) spices, and then pour water according to the given proportions + an additional half a cup.

2. We put the crucible on the fire and hold it until foam appears (the infusion will "rise"). Do not allow the coffee to boil!

3. Then we remove the vessel from the heat and wait for the coffee to settle, and then heat it again until foam appears.

4. We repeat the entire process three times in total and then pour the infusion into cups. This can be done through a strainer to strain out the grounds. Enjoy your meal!
