Ingredients:

• 250 g cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 pack of vanilla sugar
• 1 cup wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• frying oil

Preparation:

1. Crush cottage cheese with a fork, mix with eggs, sugar and vanilla.
2. Add flour with powder and a pinch of salt – form a smooth dough.
3. From the mass stick small balls.
4. Fry in hot oil (approx. 170°C) in golden brown colour.
5. Drain on paper, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

• 1 kg chicken wings
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup flour
• spices: sweet pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili
• frying oil

Preparation:

1. Marinate the wings in buttermilk with spices for at least 2 hours (preferably all night).
2. Roll in flour mixed with spices.
3. Fry in hot oil (approx. 175 – 180°C) in gold colour (approx. 10 to 12 minutes, depending on size).
4. Drain on a paper towel, serve with garlic dip or BBQ.
