Ingredients:

• 250 g cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 pack of vanilla sugar
• 1 cup wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• frying oil

Preparation:

1. Crush cottage cheese with a fork, mix with eggs, sugar and vanilla.
2. Add flour with powder and a pinch of salt – form a smooth dough.
3. From the mass stick small balls.
4. Fry in hot oil (approx. 170°C) in golden brown colour.
5. Drain on paper, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

• ready dough for dumplings (or on its own from flour, water and salt)
• filling: fried cabbage with mushrooms / spinach with feta cheese / minced meat with onions
• frying oil

Preparation:

1. Make dumplings and clump them well.
2. Heat the oil in an air fryer to 170 to 175°C.
3. Throw in dumplings in batches and fry in gold.
4. Serve with garlic sauce, yogurt sauce or hot chili.
