That is why they are dishwasher safe and resistant to intensive scrubbing of surfaces.
Importantly, pans made of steel type 21/0 do not contain manganese and nickel harmful to human health.
The special design of the capsule bottom distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the bottom, which increases the degree of heat utilization and cooking efficiency. This translates directly into their quality and comfort of work of the cook. This also reduces the risk of food burning.
