They will help you in pouring the sauce, as well as casting excess water or rendered fat. The inside of the pan is finished with a non-stick MARBLE PLUS coating. Its high quality, hardness and 3-layer structure have been developed to offer high scratch resistance. It is also PFOA Free. Energy efficiency is provided by a ferromagnetic induction bottom. It is thanks to him that you can use the Creamy Marble aluminum pan on any stove. The non-stick stone coating will also allow you to fry on a small amount of fat and care without any problems. It can withstand up to 10 000 abrasion cycles, which is five times more than ordinary non-stick dishes available on the market. Carrying and using the model is facilitated by the soft touch handle, which does not heat up and does not slip out of the hand. It also has a built-in temperature sensor. When the body is hot, the red triangle on the handle will turn white. It will start to fade already at 60 degrees C, so you will get the first signals about the risk of burns extremely early.
