Thanks to this, it is well balanced and very durable in terms of mechanical and thermal. The inside of the pan is finished with a non-stick coating. Its high quality, excellent adhesion and 3-layer structure have been hardened. It is also PFOA Free. Energy efficiency is ensured by the induction bottom. It is thanks to him that you can use the Double marble pan on any stove. The non-stick coating will also allow you to fry on a small amount of fat and care without any problems. It will withstand as many as 5000 abrasion cycles, which is more than twice as much as ordinary non-stick marble pans available on the market. Carrying and using the model is facilitated by the soft touch handle, which does not heat up and does not slip out of the hand.
