Chicken breast in herbs – quick recipe

Ingredients for 2 servings:

• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 clove of garlic - optional

Preparation:

1. Prepare the meat: Clean the chicken breasts, dry with a paper towel, and then season with salt, pepper and herbs as you like.
2. Heat the pan: Turn on the hob and place the pan Wait until the Thermo-Signal indicator turns intensely red, this is a sign that the pan has reached the ideal temperature for frying.
