The interior is covered with a 3-layer non-stick coating by PFLUON, free from harmful compounds (PFOS, PFOA, cadmium and lead), which makes the dishes not only do not stick, but also the cooking itself is fully safe for health. The honeycomb inner bottom distributes oil evenly, allowing frying with minimal fat and obtaining a crispy, appetizing texture of dishes. What’s more, the large frying area – corresponding to the diameter of the pan – ensures the comfort of preparing both smaller and larger portions
