The treatment is performed using a saline solution in boiled water with a temperature close to body temperature. How to use Bodhi Neti Pot?

1. Prepare a saline solution in boiled, cooled water (about body temperature).
2. Fill the jug with solution.
3. Lean over the sink and tilt your head to the side.
4. Insert the spout of the jug into the upper nostril and gently pour the solution – it should flow out with the second nostril.
5. Breathe in your mouth during the procedure.
6. Repeat the procedure to the other side.
7. When finished, wash and dry the jug thoroughly.

Precautions

• Use only a clean and dry jug and boiled, cooled water.
• Do not use hot water – it threatens to burn the mucous membrane.
• If there is pain or discomfort, stop the procedure.
• If you do not improve or worsen the symptoms of infection or allergies, consult your doctor.
• Do not use in children.
