The user receives grains separated, not overcooked, with a preserved structure. The YumCarb function modifies the thermal cycle so that part of the starch remains in the casting water, which reduces the calorific value of the meal without affecting the taste.

The five-layer design of the Ninja ceramic coated bowl eliminates the risk of scratches typical of Teflon coatings. The printed lines inside the dish indicate the right proportions of water for different types of rice — sushi requires less liquid than brown. The Korean interface design is based on a single control button with LED confirmation – the user selects the program and the device selects the parameters itself.
