- Do not use detergents to wash the pan, as they can penetrate the cast iron structure and affect the taste of the prepared dishes.
- Do not pour cold water into a hot dish - a sharp change in temperature can cause cracking of cast iron or rust.
- After each use, the dishes should be washed, thoroughly dried, and then wipe with a paper towel soaked in edible oil. For the best protection and maintenance, it is recommended to use oil intended for seasoning cast iron dishes.
