With our dish you can also cook over an open fire - but what is probably more interesting for you is the fact that it is also suitable for all types of cookers, including induction cookers.

The interaction of several factors ensures ideal cooking results in an induction pot. First, it is made of cast iron. This material is characterized by particularly good storage and heat distribution. It also makes dishes particularly flavorful and gives them a distinctive, baked aroma - perfect for slow cooking. Brittany also has a raindrop structure cover. This special cover structure allows for a very even distribution of moisture, giving dishes a particularly good taste and delicate texture.

The round pot has a particularly scratch-resistant enamel coating and is dishwasher safe as well as oven safe up to 240°C. The design comes from Milanese designers Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez and combined with a matte gold knob with the BALLARINI logo makes it an eye-catcher when serving.
