The Excellent pan lid by Banquet is made of cast iron, which is ideal for cooking, stewing, frying on the stove, as well as for baking and baking in the oven. The cast iron retains heat for a long time, which distributes evenly over the entire surface. Before the first use, the dish should be lubricated with vegetable oil and gradually start heating in the oven (on low heat and slowly increase the temperature). Thanks to the browning of the oil, the product gains non-stick properties.
