➡ After cooking, clean the dish with a stiff nylon brush or a special cast iron dish cleaner and hot water.

➡ Immediately dry with a paper towel and rub with a very thin layer of vegetable oil while the dish is still warm (for this purpose we recommend a dedicated, specialized oil for seasoning cast iron).

SEASONING / SECURING THE PAN:
The action should be performed before the first use of the wok and repeated every few months if it is not used regularly.
1. Wash the dish with hot soapy water and a stiff brush. (Use soap ONLY when you are preparing to re-protect your cookware). Rinse and dry completely.
2. Apply a thin, even layer of melted vegetable fat (or selected cooking oil) to the dish (inside and outside).
3. Place the aluminum foil on the bottom shelf of the oven, then set the oven temperature to 180-200 °C.
4. Place the dish upside down on the top shelf of the oven and bake it for at least an hour.
5. After an hour, turn off the oven and leave the dishes to cool.
6. Store your kitchen utensil uncovered, in a dry place.
