Pocket Sharpener Lansky Quick Fix LCSTC Ceramic Tungsten
Two types of stones with different gradations allow you to quickly lead out the blade. Tungsten carbide is used for pre-sharpening - giving the cutting edge. Ceramics, on the other hand, to smooth it. The rubberized handle prevents the sharpener from slipping out of your hand, while the special design ensures maximum safety.
Lansky Quick Fix LCSTC is a compact sharpener with a fixed sharpening angle, which is designed for quick sharpening of knives in off-road conditions.
Regardless of what steel we have a knife, at some point it loses its sharpness and requires sharpening. Of course, it is best to carry out such an activity at home, but if our knife blunts in the field, it is worth being properly prepared for this moment.
This was the idea of the designers of the Lansky Quick Fix LCSTC sharpener, who created a lightweight, compact whetstone for tourist and outdoor applications.
The sharpener has a polymer body and a rubber insert responsible for grip stability. Two abrasive surfaces are used for sharpening: ceramic rods with fine gradation for smoothing the blade and tungsten carbide rods with coarse gradation for giving working sharpness.
Sharpening itself is extremely simple, it only requires dragging the blade through the whetstone slots until the required sharpness is achieved. The rods have a fixed angle of inclination of 22,5°.
Lansky Quick Fix LCSTC is suitable for sharpening various types of knives: edc, outdoor, hunting, as well as tools, e.g. machete, scissors, etc.
