Dry Bonding:

• 1 Cleaning the gluing site:

  ⭐ Remove any deposits from the gluing site. You can do this with a brush, rag or sponge.

  ⭐ Make sure the place is clean even if it is wet.

• 2 Pattern trimming:

  ⭐ Trim the patch so that it is 3-5 cm larger than the damage.

  ⭐ For small holes: a patch of about 1-2 cm larger than the hole is enough.

• 3 Surface preparation:

  ⭐ Wipe both the patch and the gluing site with abrasive paper with a gradation of 120 – 200 to increase adhesive adhesion.

  ⭐ After tarnishing the surface, remove the resulting dust.

• 4 Degreasing:

  ⭐ Use isopropyl alcohol or other degreasing agent to clean the patch and the gluing site.

• 5 Adhesive application:

  ⭐ Apply glue to the linear patch and around the edges.

  ⭐ Spread the adhesive evenly.

  ⭐ Press the patch to the damaged area.

• 6 Hardening:

  ⭐ Minimum 24 hours before the adhesive reaches full strength.

  ⭐ If the layer is thicker or the patch is large, the adhesive may dry for several days.

Wet bonding (from the inside):

• 1 Cleaning of the gluing site:

⭐ Remove any deposits from the gluing site. You can do this with a brush, rag or sponge.

⭐ Make sure the place is clean even if it is wet.

• 2 Patch trimming:

⭐ Trim the patch so that it is larger by 3-5 cm than the damage.

⭐ For small holes: a patch of about 1-2 cm larger than the hole is enough.

• 3 Surface preparation:

⭐ Wipe both the patch and the gluing site with 120 – 200 gradation sandpaper to increase adhesive adhesion.

⭐ After tarnishing the surface, remove the resulting dust.

• 4 Degreasing:

⭐ Use isopropyl alcohol or other degreasing agent to clean the patch.

• 5 Glue application:

⭐ Apply glue to the linear patch and around the edges.

⭐ Spread the glue evenly.

⭐ Apply the patch in water so that the damage is in the middle of the patch.

⭐ Strongly press to ensure good adhesion of glue and patches to the damaged surface.

• 6 Curing:

⭐ Minimum 24 hours before the adhesive reaches full strength.

⭐ If the layer is thicker or the patch is large, the adhesive may dry a few days.

Application:

• ⭐ Repair of cracks on side walls of swimming pools
• ⭐ Sealing hole bottom of swimming pools
• ⭐ Gluing reinforcements in places of backrests of steps and ladders
• ⭐ Gluing additional reinforcements in places entries to swimming pools, where the manufacturer did not foresee (so that the patch, when entering, prevents abrasions)
• ⭐ Gluing additional finishing elements, such as slats and borders
• ⭐ Sealing of tiled pools in places where tiles, mortar, concrete and finishing strips meet
• ⭐ Gluing rubber anti-slip elements (for silicone rubber it is recommended to use ATK 663)
• ⭐ Accurate sealing of outflow grille connections
• ⭐ Repair of seams in the corners of swimming pools
• ⭐ Gluing non-slip crossbars made of rubber or TPU
• ⭐ Gluing decorative stones or non-slip tiles on steps
• ⭐ Sealing plugs for pumping (sometimes we can strengthen the damage on the weld several times better than the manufacturer recommends)

Instructions for use:

• ⭐ Make sure that the surface is always thoroughly washed, especially the elements under water, on which impurities and sediment can accumulate
• ⭐ Degrease dry elements with isopropanol
• ⭐ If the elements are wet, wipe them gently with a brush, sponge or cloth
• ⭐ Always gently wipe with 120-200 grit sandpaper (preferably both sides)
• ⭐ always apply in a linear way, and if you have a larger patch, apply it around it
